We have opened for night service with the launch of a pewter topped bar. Long known for our great food and customer service, we are now expanding into the drinks side of things and are currently looking for a awesome head bartender.
The cocktails and spirits list is focused on the British Isles, with key London collaborations. The seasonal changing cocktail list includes ingredients grown and sourced exclusively for us, featuring bespoke components to separate us from the pack.
Culture is important to us, we have worked hard to get where we are (12 years and counting) and we want to maintain what we have strived so hard to get.
What We Offer
We offer a starting salary of £9ph + 100% service charge. You’ll get a meal on duty, extensive training under David Swain (ex Zetter head barman), a share of tronc (we give our staff 100% of the tips), a cycle to work scheme and a great working atmosphere with hours that won’t destroy your social life.
A love for cocktails and customer service is a must, as is a good knowledge of classic drinks. You will be happy and able to work autonomously and be meticulously well-organised with regard to stock control. Add an excellent command of English, an amazing smile and a ‘can-do’ attitude and you sound like the perfect person to us and we would like to meet you!
